Lifting Giants are made of EVA closed-call foam: light-weight and comfortable, as well as UV, water, tear and bacterial resistant. 

Directions and Precautions

Setup and use

• Place each support on the correct thigh, indicated by the left (L) and right (R). Check the arrow is pointing away from your knee.
• As a guide, leave four fingers width between your knee and the support. You can position each support to the centre or outside of each thigh as preferred, using the arrow as a centreline.
• Secure the supports using EAB tape.

Tip! Do not apply the tape too tight, and avoid webbing. Keep the tape in contact with your thigh and the support for best results.

Cleaning and care

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and soap as required. Avoid bleach and abrasvie cleaners. Ensure the supports retain their shape by storing them in a safe place. Take care when removing tape from the surface of the supports. 

Warnings and cautions

This product does not reduce the need for safe lifting practice in rugby. Always seek expert advice and training if in doubt. Do not machine wash. Do not expose to naked flames or high temperatures. If discomfort or skin irritation occurs, please cease use and contact the manufacturer.
